Which List are you referring to?

Each one of us has 2 lists in our pockets.

One has all of our pain, disappointments, and regrets from the past.

It has the names and faces of those who have hurt or offended us.

It goes into great detail in referring to our fears, pains, and anxieties.

It contains references to each and every time you were unfortunate, unlucky, or hapless.
It has each obstacle, real and imagined, carefully outlined.

And it contains everything that brings you grief and shame, making you feel unworthy, depressed, anxious, and lonely.

The other list has all of your future aspirations and dreams.

It contains your unique strengths, abilities, talents, and skills.

It entails your greatest victories and small wins.

It has all of the things that you are grateful for.

It has little reminders about your purpose and mission.

It records that there are people who are with you and love you unconditionally.

And vivid descriptions of the times when others have said nice, encouraging messages about you.

We each have these lists.

One of the keys to your level of happiness and success will be which list do you refer to most often.
